1. Services Offered
Kirpa and Associates offers professional immigration consultation and application support services, including—but not limited to—student visas, work permits, permanent residency (PR), business immigration, family sponsorship, and visitor visas.
Our services may cover the following stages:
Initial Consultation: Case evaluation, eligibility assessment, and strategic guidance.
Documentation Support: Assistance in organizing and reviewing necessary paperwork.
Application Preparation: Completing and submitting forms as per immigration authority guidelines.
Follow-up and Updates: Liaison with immigration departments, updates on case status, and next steps.
Post-Landing & Settlement Services (based on service plan and destination availability):
To support clients in successfully settling into their new country, we may also assist with:
Temporary Accommodation Assistance
Help locating and securing short-term housing upon arrival.Permanent Housing Guidance
Support in identifying rental properties or purchasing homes, including connection with local real estate agents.Social Insurance Number (SIN) / National ID Assistance
Help applying for government-issued identification numbers required for work, banking, and healthcare access.Bank Account Setup

2. Eligibility
To access our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information throughout the immigration process.
3. Service Fees
All service fees are quoted in AED (or other relevant currency) and do not include government application fees, third-party charges, courier fees, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable consultation fee may apply.
Service/processing fees are payable as per the issued invoice or signed agreement.
Once the process begins, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds and services will be provided strictly in accordance with the terms of the contract. In most cases, refunds are not issued; instead, we offer alternative services or a re-application process, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide complete and truthful information.
Submit all requested documents on time.
Notify us of any changes in employment, address, or legal status.
Attend interviews or appointments as required.
Failure to comply may result in delays, rejection, or cancellation of services without liability to Kirpa and Associates.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Kirpa and Associates does not guarantee visa approval, permanent residency, or specific outcomes. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not share information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or immigration processes.
8. Termination
Kirpa and Associates reserves the right to terminate services if the client:
Provides false documentation
Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior
Violates staff or office policies
Clients may also terminate services, but no refund will be issued for payments already made unless explicitly agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kirpa and Associates is not liable for:
Delays or errors by embassies or government institutions
Rejections caused by client misrepresentation or non-compliance
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
Kirpa and Associates reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
